Amends section 20-112 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to insurance.

Corrects language referring to "code" by replacing it with "title" in the statute governing how law repeals affect existing actions and proceedings.

Applies to any rights accrued, actions commenced, or unlawful acts occurring prior to January 1, 1955.

Requires all proceedings initiated on or after January 1, 1955 to conform to applicable provisions of the title insofar as possible.
