Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1622 regarding university board officers and organization.

Removes a comma after "secretary" in the list of officer positions selected from board membership.

Clarifies that the board shall select a president, secretary and treasurer, along with other officers deemed necessary.

Maintains the prohibition that the same person cannot hold both secretary and treasurer positions.

Retains requirements for board quorum and treasurer bonding authority.
