Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 6-235 regarding bank deposits made in two or more names.

Clarifies that deposits made in multiple names may be payable to either or any of the persons, or to survivors or the sole survivor.

Revises language to specify that deposits "of" (rather than "thereof") and interest "on the deposits" (rather than "thereon") may be paid to any of the named persons.

Maintains that the receipt or order from the person paid to constitutes valid discharge to the bank for any payments made.
