Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-1402 to modify penalties for indecent exposure based on prior convictions and victim age.

Indecent exposure to a person 15 years or older becomes a class 6 felony if the defendant has two or more prior convictions for indecent exposure or one or more prior convictions for related sexual offenses under Section 13-1406.

Indecent exposure to a person under 15 years of age remains a class 6 felony regardless of prior convictions.

A person convicted of a felony indecent exposure offense with two or more historical prior felony convictions for indecent exposure or public sexual indecency to a minor under 15 is classified as a class 3 felony with mandatory imprisonment of 8 to 12 years, with 10 years as the presumptive sentence.

Preserves existing exception allowing breast-feeding mothers to expose their breasts without constituting indecent exposure.
