Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 48-2207 regarding health service district elections and organization.

Changes the language in the declaration of election results from "it appears that a majority of the voters voting favors" to "a majority of the voters voting favor" for grammatical accuracy.

Adds a comma after "person in charge of the election" in the provision addressing certified bills and costs to be paid by the district.

Clarifies that when a district is established, the board of directors must pay certified bills for board costs, election administration costs, petitioner disbursements, and district impact statement costs from available district funds.
