Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1225 regarding forfeiture of office for legislators.

Removes reference to sections 41-1282 or 41-1283 in the forfeiture statute, narrowing the scope of felonies that trigger automatic forfeiture.

Changes pronouns from "his" to "the legislator's" to use gender-neutral language.

A member of the legislature convicted of any felony in the statute shall forfeit their office and is permanently disqualified from holding any state office.
