Adds section 13-3805 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing prohibited inquiries by peace officers.

Prohibits peace officers from asking victims of or witnesses to criminal offenses about their nationality or immigration status, with an exception for inquiries necessary to investigate the offense.

Creates an override to section 11-1051, allowing the restriction on immigration status inquiries to take precedence.
