Requires persons who supervise parenting time for compensation in child custody cases to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card issued under section 41-1758.07, applicable to orders under sections 25-403.02, 25-403.03, 25-403.04, 25-410, and 25-411.

Adds sections 25-403.02, 25-403.03, 25-403.04, 25-410, and 25-411 to the list of statutes requiring fingerprint clearance cards under section 41-619.51.

Expands the definition of "person" in section 41-1758 to include persons fingerprinted pursuant to child custody statutes related to parenting plans, domestic violence, drug offenses, and judicial supervision.

Allows school personnel to avoid reporting certain nonaccidental physical injuries between students if the injury is not serious, students attend the same school, and parent/guardian is promptly notified; requires law enforcement and schools to expunge such records that did not result in criminal complaints.

Makes technical amendments to section 13-3620 regarding child abuse reporting requirements, including changes to domestic violence victim advocate provisions and reporting exceptions.
