Imposes a civil penalty of $1,000 per page containing false information for violations of the filing prohibition.

Requires collected civil penalties to be retained by the court for court automation, case processing, or administration of justice purposes.

Applies to any person who knowingly files false documents or provides false documents for filing in any Arizona court.
