• Repeals section 41-3012.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes retroactively to July 1, 2012.

• Adds section 41-3022.01 to establish termination dates for the Department of Veterans' Services and the Arizona Veterans' Service Advisory Commission, both set to terminate on July 1, 2022.

• Repeals Title 41, Chapter 3, Article 7 effective January 1, 2023.

• Continues the Department of Veterans' Services and the Veterans' Service Advisory Commission to provide assistance to veterans and surviving spouses, minor children, and heirs of veterans.
