Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 45-1022 regarding the effect of enrollment of water exchange contracts.

Changes the reference date in the statute from "the effective date of this chapter" to "September 30, 1992" for determining validity of water exchanges conducted prior to that date.

Water exchange contracts enrolled under Section 45-1021 remain valid for exchanges conducted before September 30, 1992, regardless of when the contract is formally enrolled.

Constitutes a technical correction to clarify the specific date used for determining the applicability of water exchange contract provisions.
