Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 16-921 to regulate solicitations for contributions to separate segregated funds established by corporations and labor organizations.

Prohibits soliciting contributions through physical force, job discrimination, financial reprisals, required union dues, or money obtained in commercial transactions.

Requires persons soliciting employee contributions to inform employees of the fund's political purposes and their right to refuse contribution without reprisal.

Permits insurers and their separate segregated funds to make up to two written solicitations per calendar year to licensed insurance producers with exclusive contracts, and allows such solicitations to extend to those producers' families.

Allows labor organizations to make up to two written solicitations per year to non-union stockholders, executives, administrators, or employees of corporations they represent, with solicitations limited to mailings at residences.
