• Clarifies that the standard of living factor should reference what the child would enjoy "if the child lived in an intact home with both parents" considering each parent's economic resources and ability to maintain a home.

• Establishes that child support guidelines factors are directive to the supreme court for establishing guidelines, and superior courts must apply the guidelines without independently considering factors except in specific circumstances under subsections E, and sections 25-501 and 25-809.

• Makes minor technical corrections to age requirement language and renumbers definition section from "Q" to "R."
