Amends section 15-792.03 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add a fifth pathway for Grand Canyon diploma recipients to enroll at Arizona Board of Regents universities after completing additional high school coursework designed to prepare them for selective postsecondary institutions.

Requires school districts and charter schools to include Grand Canyon diploma students in their student counts and continue receiving per pupil funding until the end of grade twelve while the student is enrolled full-time at a university.

Allocates the per pupil funding with one-third retained by the school district/charter school operator, one-third retained for school site use, and one-third distributed equally between a scholarship account for Grand Canyon diploma students and the university where the student is enrolled.

Clarifies that students who obtain a Grand Canyon diploma and pursue pathways involving community college, advanced preparation programs, or career and technical education are ineligible for the early graduation scholarship program under section 15-105.
