Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-111 and 15-112, which previously prohibited certain courses in schools.

Amends section 15-843 to renumber subsections L through N as K through M, removing language that prohibited discipline rules based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or ancestry.

Maintains requirements that school districts establish discipline, suspension, and expulsion rules in consultation with teachers and parents, consistent with constitutional pupil rights.

Preserves procedures for pupil disciplinary hearings, including notice requirements, appeal processes, and protections for parents and guardians to attend and record proceedings.
