Changes the approval requirement for veterans' organizations soliciting money in Arizona from the Department of Veterans' Services to registration with the Secretary of State under section 44-6552.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3722 to make it unlawful for any person to solicit funds in the name of American veterans unless the organization is registered with the Secretary of State.

Removes section 41-603(B)(10) which previously authorized the Department of Veterans' Services to approve or disapprove veterans' organizations seeking to solicit money or support in the state.

Violation of the solicitation requirements remains a class 3 misdemeanor offense.

Effective date: March 15, 2012.
