Repeals section 41-3012.18, Arizona Revised Statutes, effective retroactively to July 1, 2012.

Adds new section 41-3022.18 to continue the agricultural best management practices advisory committee, which makes recommendations to the director of environmental quality regarding grazing activities and concentrated animal feeding operations.

Establishes a termination date of July 1, 2022 for the agricultural best management practices advisory committee.

Repeals section 49-248 effective January 1, 2023.
