Amends the definition of "intersection" in Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-601 to clarify how intersections are determined at locations controlled by traffic control signals.

Specifies that at signal-controlled locations, two separate intersections and the roadway between them are considered one intersection if no stop line, yield line, or crosswalk is designated between them.

Establishes that if a stop line, yield line, or crosswalk is designated on the approach to an intersection, the area within the crosswalk or beyond the designated lines becomes part of the intersection.

Clarifies that if a crosswalk is designated on the departure side of an intersection, the intersection extends to the far side of that crosswalk.

Excludes junctions of alleys or driveways with roadways from the definition of intersection unless controlled by a traffic control device.
