Department of Transportation must conduct an engineering study of each intersection equipped with a photo enforcement system.

Study shall compare traffic flow patterns and safety records at intersections with photo enforcement systems to similar intersections without such systems.

Department must submit report with findings and recommendations for administrative or legislative action to the governor, president of the senate, speaker of the house, and secretary of state by December 15, 2012.

Section repeals automatically on September 30, 2013.
