Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 41, Chapter 40, Article 1 by adding section 41-4202 regarding Arizona ranger vehicles.

Allows vehicles operated by Arizona rangers for official purposes to be equipped with lighted lamps displaying red and blue lights.

Permits flashing, oscillating, or rotating red and blue lights that are visible to the rear of the vehicle only when the vehicle is stationary and being used for official Arizona ranger purposes, traffic control, or emergency operations.

Authorizes the use of flashing, oscillating, or rotating red and blue lights when an Arizona ranger operates under the specific authority and request of a police agency.
