Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-864 regarding the timing of motions and hearings for dependent children.

Allows courts to order or permit filing of termination or permanent guardianship motions before the permanency hearing is held, and to consolidate or reorder hearings, provided statutory timing requirements are met.

Corrects a technical reference error by changing subsection "E" to subsection "F" in section 8-862 regarding the deadline for permanent guardianship hearings.

Maintains that permanency hearings must occur no later than the time prescribed in section 8-862, subsection A.

Maintains that termination hearings must occur no later than the time prescribed in section 8-862, subsection D, paragraph 2.
