Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 20-112 regarding existing actions or violations in insurance law.

Preserves the validity of rights accrued, actions commenced, and unlawful acts that occurred prior to January 1, 1955, along with associated punishments or license deprivations under former law.

Requires all proceedings initiated on or after January 1, 1955 related to pre-1955 violations to conform to the applicable provisions of the current insurance title to the extent possible.

Makes a technical correction by replacing the word "code" with "title" to accurately reflect Arizona's statutory terminology.
