Senate Bill 1337 Summary

• Extends state transaction privilege tax revenue payments to county stadium districts until July 1, 2025 (or when debt is paid off, whichever is earlier) instead of an indefinite period.

• Requires municipalities receiving state tax distributions to make equal financial commitments through local taxes, intergovernmental agreements, or direct expenditures by June 30, 2012 and each fiscal biennium thereafter, or face reductions in their state revenue distributions.
