Changes the title of Arizona Revised Statutes title 36, chapter 14 from "Human Eggs" to "Human Gametes" and expands regulations to cover both egg donors and sperm donors.

Requires persons or entities advertising egg donation with compensation to include clear warnings in advertisements about screening procedures, hormone injection risks, lack of comprehensive health research, and advisability of consulting personal physicians and legal counsel.

Mandates physicians provide egg donors with detailed written and oral informed consent including descriptions of all medications, procedures, potential risks, effects on future fertility, and acknowledgment that not all risks may be known.

Establishes reporting requirements for physicians performing egg donation procedures, including submission of confidential individual donor reports to the Department of Health Services within 30 days containing demographic information, drug details, number of eggs retrieved, and compensation paid.

Requires informed consent from gamete donors describing potential uses of donated gametes, including that embryos may not form, be discarded as medical waste, used in research, result in multiple births, or undergo selective reduction.
