• Expands when advocates can disclose victim communications to include disclosures made "to or in the presence of others" while maintaining privilege protections.

• Allows crime victim advocates employed by prosecutor's offices to disclose information to prosecutors with oral consent from victims (previously required written consent).

• Permits advocates to disclose victim information to other professionals and administrative staff assisting with victim services with victim consent, either verbal or written.
