State treasurer may design, produce and sell 99.9 percent pure gold, silver and copper coins not exceeding one troy ounce in weight for Arizona's centennial celebration.

Coins shall be two-sided disks with the state seal on one side and the Arizona state flag on the other, inscribed with "Arizona centennial freedom coin – February 14, 1912 – 2012" and weight information.

Department of weights and measures shall certify the weight and purity of the coins.

Sale price cannot exceed 10 percent above manufacturing cost or 10 percent above current precious metal value, whichever is greater, with production based on prepaid public demand.

Proceeds from coin sales shall be deposited into the state general fund.
