Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1234.01 to regulate lobbyist campaign contribution activities.

Prohibits registered principals, public bodies, lobbyists, designated public lobbyists, or authorized public lobbyists from making, promising to make, soliciting, or promising to solicit campaign contributions to members of the legislature or the governor.

Removes the previous limitation restricting contributions only during regular legislative sessions and when legislation is pending executive approval or veto.

Prohibits any registered principal, public body, lobbyist, designated public lobbyist, or authorized public lobbyist from holding, receiving, collecting, or soliciting more than two campaign contributions for the same candidate for public office (contribution bundling restriction).
