Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-301 to change eligibility requirements for county school superintendent elections.

Removes the requirement that candidates hold a basic or standard teaching certificate in Arizona schools.

Establishes new qualification that candidates must be qualified electors who reside in the county and are at least 30 years of age.

Maintains existing provisions regarding travel expense reimbursement and designation of the county school superintendent office as a local education agency.
