Amends section 17-340 (wildlife license revocation) to incorporate amendments from Laws 2011, chapter 282, section 2 into the chapter 113 version and repeals the conflicting chapter 282 version.

Amends section 38-842 (public safety retirement system definitions) to incorporate amendments from Laws 2011, chapters 27, 347, and 357 into the chapter 118/200 version and repeals the conflicting versions.

Amends sections 41-1758 and 41-1758.01 (fingerprinting requirements and duties) to incorporate amendments from Laws 2011, chapter 190 into the chapter 177/203 versions and repeals the conflicting chapter 190 versions.

Repeals Laws 2010, chapter 254, section 2 (as amended by Laws 2011, chapter 307) to eliminate duplicate amendments, and repeals Laws 2011, chapter 333, section 6 to correct a defective enactment.

Provides for the delayed repeal of section 41-1008.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, effective September 30, 2016, and makes sections 2 through 9 and 11-12 retroactively effective to July 20, 2011, with section 10 retroactively effective to April 28, 2011.
