Amends Laws 2010, chapter 247, section 3 to modify school achievement profile designations for the remainder of the academic year when the law becomes effective and the following academic year.

Requires each school district and charter school to receive dual achievement profile designations: one based on the classification system in effect before the law's effective date and one based on the new grade letter system implemented on the effective date.

Establishes that schools receiving a letter grade of D shall be assigned a letter grade of F if they have been required to participate in mandatory school improvement for the prior two consecutive academic years.

Provides transition provisions allowing schools to be assigned an F grade in 2012-2013 if previously classified as underperforming, and in 2013-2014 if assigned a D grade in 2012-2013 and previously classified as underperforming.

Repeals the school improvement and failing schools provisions effective June 30, 2014.
