Adds "sexual abuse" as a dangerous crime against children offense to be sentenced under subsection E of section 13-705, with minimum 5 years, presumptive 10 years, and maximum 15 years imprisonment.

For persons with one prior predicate felony conviction for sexual abuse offenses, increases sentences to minimum 8 years, presumptive 15 years, and maximum 22 years imprisonment.

Removes "sexual abuse" from subsection F sentencing provisions (which previously applied to bestiality offenses with lesser sentences of 2.5-7.5 years).

Makes sexual abuse offenders ineligible for suspension of sentence, probation, pardon, or release from confinement except as authorized by statute until the sentence is served, eligibility under section 41-1604.07 is met, or sentence is commuted.

Clarifies that sentences for child molestation or sexual abuse under subsection E may be served concurrently with other sentences only if the offense involved a single victim.
