Requires mandatory one-week unpaid suspension for a first violation, with schools authorized to impose longer suspensions or termination.

Requires mandatory two-week unpaid suspension for a second violation, with schools authorized to impose longer suspensions or termination.

Mandates automatic employment termination for a third violation.

Applies to instructors at public schools, colleges, universities, vocational programs, and public preschools in Arizona.
