Amends Arizona law governing the appointment of presidential electors by state political party committees.

Requires presidential elector candidates to file nomination papers and affidavits of qualification with the secretary of state between 90 and 120 days before the primary election.

Adds a new oath requirement for presidential elector candidates stating they will cast their ballot only for a candidate who is a natural born citizen of the United States and at least 35 years old on inauguration day.

Specifies that nomination papers must include the candidate's residence address, post office address, party affiliation, desired ballot name format, and the date of the general election.
