Expands the independent redistricting commission's authority to draw district lines beyond legislative and congressional districts to include county supervisorial districts and other county-level individual member districts.

Requires the independent redistricting commission to draw city and town council district lines, ward lines, and other municipal-level individual member districts.

Mandates the independent redistricting commission to draw district lines for school districts, special taxing districts, and other entities with individual member districts.

Directs the legislative council staff to prepare conforming legislation to align the Arizona Revised Statutes with these expanded redistricting commission duties for consideration in the fifty-first legislature's first regular session.
