Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 43-1022 to add a new subtraction from Arizona gross income for disabled veterans.

Allows disabled veterans to subtract the amount of income received as a disabled veteran when computing Arizona adjusted gross income.

Adds this subtraction as paragraph 37 to the existing list of allowable subtractions in section 43-1022.

Effective for taxable years beginning on or after December 31, 2013, based on the bill's placement in the statutory sequence.
