Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 4-204 relating to personal representatives and fiduciaries authorized to sell spirituous liquors under an existing licensee's license.

Changes language from "upon receiving permission" to "on receiving permission" from the director for administrators, executors, guardians, receivers, trustees, and assignees for creditors.

Modifies subsection B to clarify that the 24-month authorization period does not apply if the license is transferred to a surviving spouse or guardian of a minor child during that time.

Updates subsection C to change "the provisions of" to "and" and "provision" to "subsection" for grammatical clarity regarding unlicensed persons enforcing security interests in wholesaler property.
