Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 17-298.01 regarding performance audits of the Arizona Game and Fish Commission Heritage Fund.

Changes the audit frequency language from "every tenth succeeding year" to clarify the decennial (10-year) audit schedule beginning in 2001.

Requires the Senate and House committees on natural resources and agriculture to hold at least one public hearing on the performance audit results.

The auditor general must submit audit copies to the senate president, house speaker, and the natural resources and agriculture committee chairs.
