Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 5-103.01 to change "race track" to "racetrack" as a technical correction to existing statutory language.

Prohibits employees and appointees of the racing commission from entering into business dealings, ventures, or contracts with owners or lessees of a racetrack or any permittee.

Prohibits racing commission employees and appointees from being employed by any racetrack or permittee.

Prohibits racing commission employees and appointees from participating as owner-trainer, trainer, or jockey in any racing meeting conducted in Arizona.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election, making it subject to voter approval to become law.
