Proposes amendment to Article IV, Part 2, Section 6 of the Arizona Constitution to repeal legislative arrest privilege for legislators.

Removes language granting members of the legislature privilege from arrest in cases of treason, felony, and breach of the peace.

Retains protection from civil process during legislative sessions and 15 days before session commencement.

Requires voter approval through general election ballot measure as outlined in Arizona Constitution Article XXI.
