Proposes an amendment to Article IV, Part 2, Section 4 of the Arizona Constitution regarding qualifications for legislative membership.

Removes the phrase "and postmaster of the fourth class" from the list of offices that do not disqualify someone from serving in the legislature.

Retains the existing exemptions for appointments in the state militia, notary public, justice of the peace, and United States commissioner.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election for approval.
