Expresses regret at the death of United States Border Patrol Agent Brian A. Terry and extends condolences to his surviving family members.

Brian Terry, age 40, was killed on December 15, 2010, after being shot in the lower back during a BORTAC tactical operation in Nogales, Arizona targeting a "rip crew."

Terry was born in Michigan on August 11, 1970, served four years in the United States Marine Corps, and worked as a police officer before joining the Border Patrol in 2007, graduating as President of his Academy class.

Terry is survived by his parents Kent and Josephine Terry, his brother Kent, his sisters Michelle and Kelly, five nieces, and one nephew.

Resolution was unanimously adopted by the Arizona Senate on February 23, 2012.
