Requires a parent, stepparent, guardian, or person with care or custody of a child under six years of age to immediately report the child to law enforcement if the child has been missing for more than 24 hours.

Makes failure to report a missing child under six years of age a class 5 felony offense.

Applies only to children under six years of age, not older minors.

Mandatory reporting must occur to a law enforcement agency once the reporter knows or has reason to know of the child's disappearance lasting longer than 24 hours.
