Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-456 to correct language governing joint common school districts and their county jurisdiction.

Changes "which" to "that" in reference to existing school buildings located within a proposed joint common school district.

Simplifies the reference to statutes governing jurisdictional county authority by replacing a specific list of statute sections with broader language stating the county shall exercise authority "as otherwise provided for the joint common school districts."

Maintains that the county with the greater portion of qualified electors, or the county containing all existing school buildings, shall have jurisdiction over the joint common school district.

Preserves the county school superintendent's duty to perform all required functions for the joint common school district and the board of supervisors' authority over district matters.
