Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-253 regarding legal opinions relating to school matters.

Requires the superintendent of public instruction to furnish copies of attorney general opinions and county attorney opinions (submitted for attorney general review) to county attorneys, county school superintendents, and other interested persons upon request.

Requires each county school superintendent to distribute copies of all attorney general opinions on school matters to all school districts in their county.

Establishes that the attorney general shall furnish school-related opinions to the superintendent of public instruction, and county attorneys must submit their school opinions to the attorney general for concurrence, revision, or declination.

Provides that if the attorney general does not act on a county attorney's opinion within 60 days of receipt, the opinion is deemed affirmed; if the attorney general revises the opinion, the attorney general's version prevails.
