Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 11-622 regarding claims and warrants presented to county boards of supervisors.

Changes the grammatical construction in subsection A from "the claim and each item of the claim is justly due" to "the claim and each item of the claim are justly due" to correct subject-verb agreement.

Requires persons presenting claims against a county to submit an itemized claim executed under penalties of perjury, specifying each item with its date and amount.

Allows sellers of goods or services to submit claims by electronic data interchange if approved by the county board of supervisors; all other claims must be submitted in writing.

Maintains the six-month deadline for presenting claims to the board of supervisors, measured from when the last item of the account accrues.
