Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2504 regarding escape in the first degree to clarify that escape sentences run consecutively to confinement in a secure care facility, in addition to imprisonment and community supervision.

Adds "a" before "juvenile detention facility" in the statute text to correct grammatical formatting.

Specifies that escape in the first degree sentences shall run consecutively to any confinement in a secure care facility, any sentence of imprisonment, probation, parole, work furlough, or any other release term.

Maintains the existing classification of escape in the first degree as a class 4 felony with no change to the underlying offense definition or penalties.
