AZ HB2016

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-864 regarding timing of motions and hearings for dependent children cases.

Allows courts to order or permit filing of motions for termination or permanent guardianship before the permanency hearing is held, and to consolidate hearings or change their order.

Requires permanency hearings occur no later than the time prescribed in section 8-862, subsection A.

Requires termination hearings occur no later than the time prescribed in section 8-862, subsection D, paragraph 2.

Corrects reference in permanent guardianship hearing requirement from section 8-862, subsection E to subsection F, paragraph 2.
