Amends section 8-506.01 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding child welfare agencies and licensing.

Clarifies that written notice of suspension, denial, revocation, or change in license status must be given "to" the applicant or license holder (technical language correction).

Maintains existing procedures allowing applicants or license holders to request a hearing within 20 days of receiving written notice of proposed denial, revocation, suspension, or change.

Preserves hearing rights including the ability to subpoena witnesses, present testimony, and confront witnesses within 10 days of the hearing request.
