Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-544 regarding termination decrees of parent-child relationships from other states.

Changes statutory language from "When the relationship of parent and child has been terminated" to "If the relationship of parent and child has been terminated" for grammatical consistency.

Changes "such decree shall have" to "the decree has" to update verb tense and article usage.

Maintains the substantive requirement that judicial decrees terminating parental relationships from other states have the same legal force and effect in Arizona as decrees granted by Arizona courts.
