Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-116 regarding double punishment provisions.

Changes "which" to "that" in the statute for grammatical correction.

Changes "require" to "requires" to correct verb agreement with "Constitution" (singular subject).

Maintains the existing rule that acts punishable under different law sections may be prosecuted under both, but sentences must be concurrent.

Preserves the bar against prosecution for the same act under multiple statutes to the extent required by the U.S. or Arizona Constitution.
